The kinds of jobs we take

This is not our main bread and butter, but we love doing them. We pick a few a year.

• Older cars due a full repaint. Sun-faded paint, oxidised clear coat, the previous owner's "touch up." A proper repaint can transform a tidy older car.
• Project cars partway through a rebuild. Someone else has done the mechanical, you need the panel and paint side finished.
• Sale-ready prep. You are selling, you want it to photograph well. Worth fixing the dent and tidying the paint? We will tell you honestly, sometimes the answer is no.

Honest quotes

Restoration work is where shops most often get talked into spending more than the car is worth. We will not do that. If your $4,000 hatchback needs $7,000 of panel work, we will say so before you commit.

How we quote

Bring the car in. We will walk around it with you, point out what is a fix and what is a watch-and-see, and come back with a written quote inside a couple of days. No commitment.
