What we actually do

Most collision work comes in one of three shapes. We will tell you which yours is when we look at it.

1. Cosmetic, bumpers, panels, dings, scrapes

Parking-lot scrapes, shopping-trolley dents, a fence post you forgot was there. We pull, fill, prep, and refinish so the panel comes back looking like the day you bought it.

2. Structural, major collision, chassis straightening

A bigger hit means the chassis itself can shift. We use a Car-O-Liner measuring bench to pull the chassis back into the manufacturer's spec, then rebuild the panels around it. This is the work that needs the manufacturer approvals we hold for Holden and Hyundai, because modern car bodies use high-strength steels that need specific welding and sectioning procedures.

3. Insurance write-off recovery

Sometimes a car gets written off but the owner wants it back. We can rebuild category C or D vehicles to a roadworthy standard with all the paper trail an insurer needs.

What it costs

Every job is different. We quote off the car, not off a price list. If you bring it in or send a photo, we can usually give you a ballpark inside a day.

How long it takes

A bumper is a few days. A full structural rebuild can be two to six weeks depending on parts. We will tell you up-front and update you if anything changes, we do not love surprises either.

Courtesy car

We have got a small fleet of courtesy cars. Free for insurance jobs, available for private work depending on what is on the lot. Mention it when you book.
